There are more Cast Handstand drills in the 100 drills book than there are on this poster, but it is a great idea to hang this poster on the walls near the uneven bars in your gymnastic club to remind your staff to set up stations and use these drills during gymnastics classes and team training.
These cast handstand drills were used to produce several successful gymnasts, including NY State Champions and National TOPS Team Athletes
As the owner of a gymnastics club for ten years and a coach for 30 years, Karen has spent thousands of hours coaching by teaching skills through progressions, drills, strength, and flexibility. Karen has had the privilege of coaching at Karolyi’s Gymnastics Camp, TX for seven summers, USGTC, MA, and IGC, PA for ten years of Holiday Clinics.
