Step Ups
1. Hold dumbbells at your
side.
2. Place one foot securely on a
step.
3. Step up as if climbing stairs
4. Keep your knee lined up
with your toes and hip. Do not allow your knee to move side to side as
your step up or down.
5.
Make sure your knee does not go
forward beyond your toes.
6. Lower yourself to the
starting position.
7. Repeat for prescribed
repetitions and then repeat with the other foot on the step.
Additional Comments: Use dumbbells appropriate for your fitness
level. . |
